Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Germany and Austria.

Delivery to parcel lockers is possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

Shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart and during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is usually [2-4] business days within Germany and [2-8] business days within Europe after receipt of payment.

Different delivery times may be specified for individual items. In this case, the longer delivery time will apply to the entire order.

Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Service Provider

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will usually leave a notification. You can then pick up the package at the nearest branch or arrange a new delivery date.

Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are permissible, provided this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be incurred for partial deliveries.

International Deliveries

We currently do not offer international deliveries.
