Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Simon Heitauer/Baseline-Coffee (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer via the online shop.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
3. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT.
As a small business owner according to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you during the order process.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery takes place within Germany.
The delivery time is 2-3 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to the customer as soon as the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider.
6. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by:

- PayPal
- Sofortüberweisung
Payment processing is carried out via Shopify Payments or the chosen payment service providers.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for new goods is two years from receipt of the goods.
For used goods, the warranty period may be shortened to one year.
9. Liability
We are liable for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions, provided that the customer asserts claims for damages based on intent or gross negligence.
In the event of slight negligence in the breach of duties whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose observance the customer may regularly rely (cardinal duties), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage at the time of concluding the contract.
10. Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
